Double single sprockets are a type of sprocket that can run with two single-strand roller chains at the same time, hence the name "double single". These sprockets are usually A type, but BTB taper bushed and QD type are also available. Our double single sprockets are made with hardened teeth and black oxide coating, to enhance performance and rust resistance. Double single sprockets come in standard sizes from ANSI #40 - #160, but we can also customize other sizes according to customer needs. We can also provide quick reaction custom re-bores and MTO specialty double single sprockets, because we have our own quick reaction machine shop. Something important to note is that these sprockets are not compatible with double-strand roller chains, even though they are double sprockets.
